For Grom gelato, we only buy the best the world has to offer: ingredients now famous for their high quality, like the “Tonda Gentile” Trilobata hazelnut, the Pizzuta d’Avola almond, or the “Teyuna” and “Ocumare” chocolates made for us by  .

We, therefore, have chosen to use our experience from the past few years - and the finest ingredients we have discovered along the way - in order to start a new project: that is how the cookies of Grom’s bakery were born. They are the fruit of the encounter between the highest-quality ingredients and flours made from different kinds of corn, ground especially for us at Guido Marello’s stone mill. The stone, in fact, doesn’t heat the flour during milling, but instead respects and preserves the noble aromas of the flour which serve as a base to the ingredients that accompany and complement it.

A new dream: make the best cookies in the world, without additives and artificial ingredients even for those with a gluten intolerance.

The cookies, one of Grom’s specialities, are used to make Crema di Grom gelato, are the perfect accompaniment to your favorite gelato flavors, and are even the perfect sweet snack during the day!
